Haitus
While I know the audience is limited. I should have posted ealier. To bring those who read up to date.
I finally got through to my sister in England. She and her Family use to live in the London area.
And I knew that her husband still works in London. But after a tense couple of days, I did get through
to her. So for the lack of posting, well life happens.

In the mean time, I have been house sitting for a freind who went to Tennenesee for a Family Reunion.
Bad Part: No phone, cable or internet. So I have been out of the loop at night a bit lately.
Good Part: I get some real time to relax.

NEWS:
NASA had a sucessful launch of Discovery, today. (about time)
JB is back. While I will not agree to some of the things he says, at least he is persistant.
England is starting to get it. I talked to my 21 year old nephew and he says there is a
definite change in the attitude of the average Englishman.
More later, Mike

I hate it when I am right ...Sometimes...
Well, if you read my previous post ( NO VOTER - NO FRAUD) then you know what the title is about.
As I listened to Judge Bridges ruling, I heard the section dealing with the fact that the Republicans
had not submitted any evidence of fraudulent voters for Gregiore, but the Democrats had.
Obviously, a tactical mistake for the Republicans Lawyers. But the reality is, if you have more ballots
than voters how do you proof who the illegal voter was? I do not ask this question rhetorically.
I mean this is suppose to be a secret ballot election, so after the voter is credited; there is no other
data collected. You have only a uniform ballot by district or a electronic total for the votes in that
machine. This is why the ballot reconciliation is so important. But without a way of proving who voted in
any election there is no way of accounting for any additional ballots.

This brings up the problem that Judge Bridges did not want to deal with and the Republican
Lawyers did not present.
If you have "X" number of voters credited with voting in this contest
minus "A" number of disqualified ballots for errors with the ballot,
minus "B" number of voters who did not vote for governor in that portion of the ballot;
how do you end up with "Z" more ballots than voters in an that same election?
And that is before, you remove the "C" number of illegal voters.

So, if there is no real reconciliation and election officals do not have to account for the ballot's voter.
Do we really have a fair election?

NO VOTER - NO FRAUD
As I was driving and listening to Durken's closing arguments, I was struck by this quote.
"At no time have the Republican's been able to tie a fraudulent vote to a voter.
They have not meet the intent of the law, which requires them to identify the fraudulent voter."
I thought I heard this wrong until it was repeated on a later talk radio show.
So if you follow this logic, then none of the 800-3000 (depending on who you listen too)
King County ballots that have no reconciled voter to account for their existence would be a
reason to invalidate the election. In fact, since there was no possible way to find out who cast
the counted ballot. You can not use this a reason to invalidate any election. Or in other words,
if Judge Bridges rules in favor of the Democrat's in this election. Let the ballot stuffing begin! For
no election can be over turned, if you can not attribute a voter to any of the additional ballots.
Boy, that really makes me feel warm inside. How about you?

Memorial Day.........To all those who serve...
Monday is Memorial Day and I wish to thank all those who serve both in and out of uniform.
I have the privilege of coming from a family with a strong military background. I also have the
privilege to be Native American. So today, I wish to acknowledge the contributions made by
my family members, both in and out of uniform.
Starting with my Great Uncle Frank(dad), he serve in the Army in WWI. A quiet man who made sure that
I learned that I needed to put the needs of others before myself. A lesson I did not always follow.
Great Uncle Bob, his service came in being in two parts:
One as part of the design team for Browning Rifles. The second as a Marine.
Granddad Leon (dad), he worked in the Denver plant for Winchester Rifle in WWII.
Granddad George (mom), he worked at the University of Chicago in WWII, later for the Salt River Project.
Uncle Jerry (dad's brother) was in the Army Air Corp as a Helicopter pilot, retired as a Col (O-5).
Uncle Bud (mom's brother) was in the US Navy for 25 years, retired as a Senior chief (E-8).
Jeff (jerry's son) served for 6 years in the US Air Force.
Jason (jerry's son) served for 12 years in the US Air Force.
My DAD, 22.5 years in the USAF, retired as an E-7, Master Sergeant.
My ex-brother in law Robert, served 12 years in the US Navy while married to my sister no less.
And finally myself, served 5 years in the US Navy.

In the group above: you have two Bronze Stars, one Silver Star, one French Legion of Merit,
four Purple Hearts plus the contributions on the home front. I have always been proud of my
heritage and I feel privilege to be one of this group. So take a minute and remember those
who served. You find that most veterans tend to down play their part in the big picture.
But do not be fooled, for without their willingness and dedication. We would not have the
freedoms, that most people today, take for granted.

Anatomy of a fraud.....
I posted this at http://www.soundpolitics.com/ in repsonse to Stefan's post," Statistical Exhibits" .

Stefan,
It really goes back to Gregiore's call to "count every vote". She meant exactly what she said.
Count every ballot that could be physically counted, regardless of if it was a legally valid ballot.
This is the modeus operendi of the Democratic party. King County was her safety net.
Dean Logan provide the party with this safety net.

Logan's contribution was to make a bad situation worse in King County. In his changing of the
method/process used to tally cast ballots. Instead of re-enforcing and re-training their people in
the correct procedures needed to make the existing system faster and more accountable. You
now have a process in transition. Without any additional training provide to the elections
workers. Training that they would need to reduce error rates with the new method/process.

This is a classic case of impending disaster by lack of experience with a new method. A situation
that could be (and I think was) exploited, if needed, by the Democrat's. Who can later say, "see
it was just simple errors, no real conspiracy here." The real trick is to blame "the system", not
"the individauls" who ran it. Which is exactly what the Democrats are doing. Remember by
Logan's own admission, King Couny's error rate is THREE times, what it was in 2000.

What happened to being innocent until proven guilty?
I soon will be a criminal. At least I must be since a new law in Washington state basically states that
I am buying, "potentially" up to $2000 in meth when I buy this OTC drug. What do I use? Drixoral.
A medication that I have used for 35+ years. So now, I will soon have to report to my parole officer
(pharmacist), at least twice a month to get my "fix". I will have to sign that I, and only I, plan to use this
for medication for my personal use. I can only get 20 pills or ten days worth of medication at a one time.
My usage will be tracked and recorded for the state and law enforcement use. I will have to show
ID and sign a form, every time I get more. And I will likely be investigated at one time or another
because someone will say something like;"Well, it seems to me like he had not been taking anything lately"

Now to put a little perspective on this, You can get more morphine from the same pharmacy at one time.
And I have yet to go and find out what hoops I will have to go through, if I am going out of the country
or overseas for more than 10 days.

I do not take this drug because I want to, I take it because it works. Like all drugs, my body is building
up a resistance to it. Plus, the side effects that come with taking any drug long term. Before you ask.
Yes, I have tried other medications, allergy shots, natural cures and other therapies. Most do not work
as well, as long or I have had adverse reactions to the them. (note: natural vitamin c found in most
"natural" vitamins are made from rose hips. Bad news, when you are allergic to roses.)

While I in no way support METH manufacturing or use. This new law is ridiculous. It makes me do things
a person with 5 DUI conviction's, does not have to do when buying alcohol. What is next? Yellow Pills
sewn to my jacket and shirts? Just when I thought that I lived in a country, where you were presumed
to be innocent until proven guilty?

PS: This law has been brought to you by DEMOCRATS. You know, the party that constantly states that
they are "looking out for your rights." In Washington state, there is a Democrat majority in both legislative
houses and the sitting Governor is a Democrat. And the original bill was proposed by a Democrat.
So I say, Thanks so much for protecting my rights.......not.
